1. What currency are the prices listed in on the site?
All prices are in USD.

2. I just placed an order. When will it ship?
We strive to ship items as quickly as possible. Generally, products will be shipped within 24 hours.
Tracking numbers will be updated and sent to you after your order has been shipped.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days, please email us!

3. I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?
What if there is an issue?

In the following two cases, customers may return products purchased from this shop:

If a customer receives products that were not ordered, or if the size, design, or color of the product do not match what were ordered, or if the products were damaged, the buyers should report the information to the seller.
The seller will agree to accept the return of the incorrect products, then the buyer may send them back.
The seller will cover the shipping cost for the return.

Then, the customer can get full refund.

Or, after returning the products, if customers want to exchange them for new items or different products, we can change and ship new products to you; however, you will be responsible for all fees, including shipping fees.

If buyers receive the correct and high-quality products, but decide to return them for any reason, the buyers must notify the seller first.
The seller will accept the return, but the buyers will be responsible for the shipping fees and a $15 restocking fee for each single product.

Then, the customers may receive refund accordingly based on the circumstances.

After returning the products, if customers want to exchange them for new items or different products, we may change and ship new products to customers; however, customers will be responsible for all fees, including shipping fees.

In both cases mentioned above, returned products must meet the following conditions:

A. The product must be unused and undamaged, with original tags still attached.
B. All original accessories that came with the product must be returned and undamaged.
C. The original packaging and the original receipt of purchase must also be included.
D. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Please include the sender name and order number on the returned parcels!

If we receive your return on time, we guarantee to process your refund promptly.

4. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order before it is shipped from our shop.

5. If I have entered an incorrect address, what should I do?
If you need to correct an incorrect address, please inform us immediately!
If the products you ordered are still in the shop, we can update your address and send the order to the new location.
However, if your order has already been shipped out, we will not be able to change the address.

6. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the delivery location.
The average shipping time is about 15–25 business days.
